We prepare the server for the online shop, business system or application you want to use.
We update the system and the software components we have agreed to look after, in an agreed maintenance window.
We back up the system to separate storage every day. We keep the backups for 14 days and regularly check that they can be restored.
We watch the state of the server and set up alerts for defined problems.
If a server-side problem comes up, we investigate it and fix it within the scope of the service.

DATA CENTRES AND SECURITY
Our servers run in Hetzner's data centres in Germany and Finland. The data centre provides the physical infrastructure, power, cooling and network; we are responsible for setting up, maintaining and monitoring the server.
Operation includes daily backups, regular updates, access management and monitoring of the server.
Managed VPS plans start from HUF 29,900/month net, dedicated servers from HUF 139,000/month net. The exact fee depends on the chosen configuration and your needs.
The service includes installation, regular updates, daily backups, monitoring and server-side troubleshooting. Developing the website or application is a separate service.
For a VPS, you can usually expect 1–2 working days. For a dedicated server, it typically takes a few working days. We agree the exact schedule during the needs assessment.
The resources of a VPS can be expanded. If your system outgrows the VPS, we help you move to a dedicated server.
We hand over the access details, the documentation and the backups, and help you with the move.
We want to make the decision easier with transparent terms: there is no minimum term, migration is free, we give you access to the backups, and when you leave we hand over the system's documentation.
