Privacy notice
This notice covers the Stillnode website: the data entered in the quote request form, enquiries by e-mail and visitor analytics. Data stored on rented servers is covered by the service contract and the data processing agreement.

2. What data we process
Quote request form and e-mail
Name, business e-mail address, company name, job title, the chosen server type and management option, the intended uses and the content of your message, plus anything you choose to share with us by e-mail.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you agree, we use Google Analytics cookies to measure which pages visitors use and how: pages viewed, time of visit, device and browser type, approximate location. Without your consent we do not set these cookies.
Technical logs
The provider serving the website logs IP addresses and request times in order to deliver pages and prevent abuse.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotes: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Analytics: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical logs: our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep data

5. Who has access
Stillnode staff have access to the data to the extent their work requires. We use the following providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: serving the website. [Legal review: conditions of data transfer.]

- Google Ireland Ltd.: analytics, only with your consent. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google participates in the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Cookies
Your cookie choice is stored by your browser; we do not use a cookie for it. With your consent, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to 2 years. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, exercise your rights to data portability and to object, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to hello@stillnode.example.
8. Complaints
If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu) or go to court.
